Abstract: Aiming to tackle the shortage of practical education system of application-oriented universities, the first section of this paper will discuss the importance of practical education system, and then analyze the existing problems. Guided by the relevant theories, we have designed a new pattern to integrate different stages of the core practical stages. Then we have extended and improved the PDCA process to assure and control practical qualities. Finally, a prototype system of management has been designed based on the relative technologies of web service. The application results may improve the practical teaching qualities of application-oriented universities effectively.
